Great Work: The first tenant of SM’s Mega Tower

SM Mega Tower is a 50-storey building located in Ayala Avenue, in EDSA Corner Julia Vargas Avenue, Megamall, Mandaluyong City. Due to its prime location, the building is easily accessible to different modes of transportation. The building has a gross leasable area of 83,600 square meters, and a typical floor plate of 2,114 square meters and is capable of 24/7 operations.

The first tenant is Prime Philippines headed by its managing director and CEO Jet Yu with more than Php500 million worth of real estate deals by the age of 25, Jettson “Jet” Yu, young entrepreneur and licensed real estate broker, spearheaded and founded this homegrown Filipino real estate advisory firm.

His goal was simple: “To challenge tradition and to create better real estate solutions.” PRIME Philippines was founded in 2013 stemming from a need to provide better real estate solutions in a rapidly changing economy influenced by the millennial market and technological advancements. In its 7 years of existence, under the leadership of Jet, PRIME Philippines has currently amassed a portfolio of over PHP 30B, closed over 100 deals, and transacted in over 10 countries around the world.

Just recently, Jet opened its 3rd branch of GreatWork Spaces at the super-prime location—SM Mega Tower in Mandaluyong (SM Megamall continuation along Edsa), and in attendance is no other than the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Secretary-General Charito Plaza and SM Prime Holdings Inc. President Steven Tan.

The second branch of GreatWork, an office space provider conveniently located in Quezon City (dubbed as the City of Stars), at the second floor of ADBC Building in number 45 Scout Rallos corner Scout Tuason. The first branch situated on the 3rd floor of Ben Lor IT Center along nearby Quezon Avenue began its operations in the summer of 2018.

Great Work, a subsidiary company of HK-based company Jet Innovations Inc. It focuses on providing workspace solutions such as serviced offices, co-working spaces, virtual office services, and business solutions.
