Mikel Yaw, Founder and Group Managing Director of Elabram Group—a multi-awarded global human resources solutions group of companies established in Malaysia in 1999—was selected to be among business and lifestyle magazine Rising Tigers: Nation Builders’ Top 50 Rising Tigers in the Asia Pacific.

“Growing up from a lower-income family helped me learn that in business, the familial values of sacrifice, teamwork, and trust work together for a winning strategy,” he revealed.
“We can rest, but we should never quit,” Yaw advised. Indeed, aside from his companies and professional growth, he regularly engages in martial arts, especially Muay Thai, Brazilian Capoeira, and mountain climbing, among other sports.
Yaw is a graduate of the University of Bolton with an MBA and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management with Design Thinking, Executive Certification.
