“Dreaming big is essential to me because that challenges me to take action and lay down every step to reach my dream. If the right mindset and belief are in place, nothing is impossible,” Yaw shared.
“Growing up from a lower-income family helped me learn that in business, the familial values of sacrifice, teamwork, and trust work together for a winning strategy,” he revealed.
“We can rest, but we should never quit,” Yaw advised. Indeed, aside from his companies and professional growth, he regularly engages in martial arts, especially Muay Thai, Brazilian Capoeira, and mountain climbing, among other sports.
Yaw is a graduate of the University of Bolton with an MBA and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management with Design Thinking, Executive Certification.
