Philippines Showcases World-Class Destinations at ASEAN Tourism Forum 2026

As an active member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the Philippines proudly showcases its world-class destinations at the ongoing ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026, being held at the Mactan Expo Center from January 28 to 30. The landmark event brings together exhibitors, tourism stakeholders, and delegates from across ASEAN and the global tourism industry, reinforcing regional cooperation and sustainable tourism growth.

The Philippine pavilion highlights the country’s diverse tourism offerings, from leisure and luxury travel to meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), positioning the nation as a premier destination in Southeast Asia. Among the notable Philippine brands participating in the forum are Berjaya Hotel, Crimson Resort & Spa, Novotel, The Manila Hotel, and Wynford, among others, each showcasing their distinct hospitality experiences and service excellence.

The official launch of the Philippine participation was officiated by Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Cristina Garcia Frasco, underscoring the government’s strong commitment to elevating the country’s global tourism profile and strengthening partnerships within the ASEAN community.

Alongside the exhibition, the forum hosts a series of business-to-business (B2B) meetings, ministerial discussions, and high-level engagements, creating valuable opportunities for collaboration, investment, and policy dialogue. Multiple media briefings by different ASEAN member states are also being conducted throughout the event, providing insights into regional tourism strategies and future directions.
