Ricardo Lagdameo of Damosa Land Inc

This third-generation scion is leading the real-estate arm of the family empire. Ricardo Lagdameo or Cary to his friends holds an MBA from Columbia University and worked as an investment banker before joining the family business. Now, he’s heading Damosa Land with a focus on sustainability and agriculture.

In his recent post in social media, he is delighted for the official broke ground of another project with a focus on sustainability, eco friendly and agriculture centered community with the 88 hectare master planned development of Agriya.

“Happy to share that we officially broke ground for the upcoming Agriya Commercial Strip in Panabo City! The Damosa Land team, along with Panabo LGU officials, were able to break ground as we are excited welcome more food and non-food establishments to cater to both Agriya and Davao Del Norte communities.”

Ricardo is optimistic that in 2023, they will hit more targets and break ground for more developments not just in Agriya but in other Damosa Land properties as well.

Prominent in Mindanao, the Floirendos, whose patriarch, Antonio Floirendo Sr, built a diverse business empire off of bananas. Today, a third-generation Floirendo is running the real estate arm of that empire: Ricardo Lagdameo, son of Linda Floirendo-Lagdameo and Antonio Lagdameo, is the president of Damosa Land, Inc., which is part of the family’s Anflo Management and Investment Corporation (ANFLOCOR).
