Nikki Tang, known in the beauty industry as the “Beautypreneur” comes from an entrepreneurial Chinese family and through the family’s hardware store, her business acumen was honed at the very young age of 10.
Although there were lucrative opportunities to advance her career in the corporate world after graduating from De La Salle University with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, she found her true calling in entrepreneurship. Her college internship held at a known global beauty company has given her a thorough understanding of the different facets of the business, like in leadership, team functionality, risk management, production, and systems within the industry. This has taught her to see things on a bigger scale and find the necessary solutions to address challenges when they arise.
