A Generous Kiwanian at Sheraton Hotel Oath-Taking

A generous heart is a must and this lady leader is walking the talk. The incumbent District Treasurer shouldered half of the expenses at Sheraton Hotel Manila when Kiwanis Philippine Luzon District, Division 3A which is composed of most of Metro Manila Clubs joined together for an oath-taking ceremony.

District Treasurer, Glenda Hufano originally from Pasay club generously volunteered to share half of the expenses in the 5 star hotel which is not the first time since she did also in 2019 at Makati Shangrila Hotel with the same mass oath-taking for the division when she’s still the Lieutenant Governor of Division 3A which is composed of most clubs in Metro Manila.

More or less 150 officers, members, and guests attended these clubs, including Makati, Manila Bay, Manila, McKinley, Pasay, Malate West among others.

Ms. Hufano is a very active Kiwanian. She always sees to it that needs are given not just attention, but quick action. Kiwanis Philippine Luzon District initiated various donation drives for typhoon Odette victims. She even shells out from her own pocket to contribute further. Her genuine care to help and her always can-do attitude makes her excel among the rest, juggling her time between taking care of her own business, family and helping other people thru Kiwanis.

Membership in a Kiwanis club will give you the chance to meet people from all walks of life, including local business people and community leaders. It will also give you the opportunity to contribute to improving your community.
