Rising Tiger Kristoffer Arevalo shows support at the Biggest Golf Tournament in the Country, Rising Tigers Cup which was recently launched by Rising Tigers Magazine, Yupangco Group, and the Embassy of Singapore. The Tournament was held at the Most Prestigious and Exclusive Golf Club in the Philippines, Manila Golf and Country Club. Tycoons, Diplomats, and leaders showed support by joining the Tournament, some of them are Michael Pacquiao, Lauro Leviste, Robert Laurel Yupangco, H.E Dato Abdul Malik Melvin bin Castellino Ambassador of Malaysia, David Ackerman, Andrew Troy Nicolas, Grace Bondad Nicolas, and Andria Terese Nicolas.

Arevalo joined the Rising Tigers Cup because he wanted to give back to the community. The Tournament is a project for the Kiwanis Club of Makati which is for the benefit of the indigent children, which is the first project of the newly elected President, Andria Terese Nicolas, and also the CMO of Rising Tigers.

“Coming into the tournament, I wanted to do well but when I later found out that it was a fundraising event I pushed myself to do my absolute best because I was playing with a purpose. It’s one thing to play the sport that I love but to play for the benefit of the children makes it more fulfilling.”

The young Athlete and now a Rising Tiger aims to inspire the younger generations and golfers across the country and encourages everyone to work hard and says that one day you will be rewarded.

“May your hard work, and determination be rewarded in this tournament and that you showcase true sportsmanship in the sport that we love, golf.”

Rising Tigers Magazine recognizes Kristoffer Arevalo for winning the title “Master of the Green” for his excellent performance at the tournament and also for his initiative to give back to the community. The Magazine’s objective is to promote leadership within ourselves.

Rising Tigers Chief Marketing Officer, Andria Terese Nicolas mentioned that the tournament could be the start of Nation-Building. 

“We as individuals play our role in this world for our people, our company, and ourselves. Rising Tigers believes that this tournament could be the start of Nation-Building. Remember in whatever field or industry you are in, before any game, remind yourself that you are a Filipino and you are a Rising Tiger.”

Nicolas also announced that the Tournament will be held annually and the second Rising Tigers Cup will be on March 1, 2024. It will be held only at the most exclusive golf club in the country, Manila Golf and Country Club.
