47th Kiwanis Asia Pacific Convention will honor personalities and companies shaping the country by their CSR programs

The 47th Asia Pacific Convention will be held in the Philippines this year and the Philippine Luzon District is ready and prepared. This year’s organizing committee in the Philippines headed by Past District Governor Raymond Yap with host, incumbent Philippine Luzon District Governor Mario Marasigan made necessary preparations to welcome the interested delegates from different countries and the attendees in the Philippines from different clubs.

This year, same as last year, will be an online event for April 1 and 2 and expected to draw thousands of viewers from the different clubs globally while the face-to-face Fellowship night will be held at Acacia Hotel in Alabang on the night of April 2.

Kiwanis International is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. In an atmosphere of fun and friendship, Kiwanians aim to make a difference.

Governor Raymund Yap will acknowledge also the personalities and companies who tirelessly keep on helping not just their own organizations but also reaching out to the indigents, especially the children and marginalized.

Kiwanis ASPAC consists of Kiwanis Districts, Provisional Districts, and non-districted Nations in the Asia-Pacific Region.  

Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand-South Pacific (New Zealand, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, and Vanuatu), Philippine Luzon, Philippine South, Taiwan, together with non-districted Kiwanis Nations  Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Shanghai, and Thailand work to grow Kiwanis in the Asia Pacific.

Membership in a Kiwanis club will give you the chance to meet people from all walks of life, including local business people and community leaders. It will also give you the opportunity to contribute to improving your community.
